The simple elegance of the entrance hall with grand staircase leads one to a formal dining room with fireplace. To the right is a comfortably furnished sitting room thru which one can access the beautifully appointed country kitchen and breakfast room that lends itself to effortless entertaining.
The second floor offers four large, simply furnished bedrooms that offer lovely views of the property which is on a point, and is surrounded by water. The third floor has two charming bedrooms, one which is a study with a pull out couch which makes a queen bed and leads out onto a balcony which overlooks the garden and water. The second bedroom comes with two single beds, plus a small seating area with a television. A full bathroom compliments the floor.
A pool house, outfitted with a half-bath, fridge, sound system, outside shower and the large, fenced pool are both oriented to the water providing an endless view of boats navigating the river. A fire pit for those unexpectedly chilly evenings is also located waterside.
A children's play area with mini houses, slide, swings and trampoline takes care of sunny days while the large barn complete with game tables takes care of the rainy "there's nothing to do, Mom!!" days.
Close to both Easton and St. Michaels, Leggacy is just a stone's throw from restaurants, movie theatres, museums, art galleries and grocery stores - all one needs to complete the perfect vacation.
