Sailor's Cottage

Property Guidelines:

1. Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests.

2. Parking: Use the circular driveway in front of the house. Parking on the grass is prohibited.

3. Trash & Recycling:

•Dispose of trash and recycling in the designated bins next to the garage.

•Grey bins: For bagged garbage.

•Green bin: For recycling (rinse food from packaging).

•A small green recycling bin is available on the screened porch for daily use.

4. Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM as per Oxford regulations.

5. Fires: Only the gas cooking grill may be used; other fires are not permitted.

6. Furniture: Do not rearrange or move furniture.

7. Maintenance Issues: Report any appliance or home system concerns to the agent immediately.

8. Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes inside the house.

9. Water Safety:

•Life jackets must be worn when using personal watercraft.

•Small children should be closely supervised near the dock and water.

10. Boat Use Restrictions:

•Small boats owned by Sailor’s Cottage must remain within Boone Creek (see house map for boundary limits).
