The Beach House, impeccably maintained and professionally decorated, offers comfort and elegance. Its design maximizes waterfront views with expansive windows on every level.
The second floor features a formal living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and captivating water views. The dining room seats ten, and the kitchen offers spectacular views of the Choptank River. The master bedroom has a queen bed, an en suite bathroom, and a powder room.
The third floor bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom.
The first floor opens to the pool and beach area. It has two guest bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms, a family room with a TV, and a glass-enclosed porch with comfortable seating. The porch connects to an open porch with a dining area, BBQ setup, and fenced poolside space.
Outdoor living includes a private beach, an outdoor shower, a dock for small skiffs, and kayak rentals.
The Beach House is conveniently located near Masthead Restaurant, Oxford’s charming town center, and the nearby ferry to St. Michaels.
