The “Aspen” look lends itself to the shaded setting with the pine trees and peaceful river views.  You enter the home by a covered walkway and then… “the view to die for” is right there in front of your eyes.  With beams and beautiful wood surrounding every room, you just cannot imagine where you are being taken.  With two bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, one with a queen and the other with bunk beds.

Looking down over the living room areas from up here and through the huge windows to the water is awe inspiring to say the least.  Just a “wow” moment for all who visit.  The stairway is one of a kind and leads down to the family room with TV and electric fireplace.  A comfortable area to just hang out and this leads out to the deck where you just gaze…..  From this room you walk into the kitchen which is outfitted for every Chef…great appliances and an island.  Then you enter the formal living area with formal dining table, vaulted ceilings and again the most incredible views.  The master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom en suite is located off the family room.

The level below this … this home features a games room and theatre room.  The washer and dryer has its spot down there too.  This area leads out to the patio and lawns rolling down to the waterside.  The BBQ is set up here as well with a comfortable eating area waiting for you to enjoy a casual waterside dinner.  

The setting is just 12 minutes from Easton so you can easily drive in for a formal dinner or a casual crab feast.   St. Michaels is just down the road from Easton and so is the quaint village of Oxford.

The beauty of the Tuckahoe and where the home is located on the river, you never have to worry about stinging nettles in the water, so water skiing is popular with the calmness of the water.  So bring your own boat or rent one and have it delivered to the home dock, bring those bikes for the wonderful farm lined quiet roads in the area and those fishing rods of course.
