The common living area at Combsberry is in the Manor house – large enough to accommodate the whole family with a living room, library with sun room, a formal dining room and a huge eat in kitchen – this is definitely the best spot to enjoy while your meals are being prepared and sharing stories of the day. Seating for 12 is comfortable on bistro tables. The views of the water and gardens are incredible from this sunny glassed in room.

The Magnolia room has a king four poster bed with private balcony, fireplace, and bathroom en suite with oversized whirlpool bath tub. The Waterford room has a fireplace, queen pencil post bed with bathroom en suite, and the Victoria room has a queen bed with wrought iron headboard and bathroom en suite. This estate has 6 bedrooms and is perfect for your waterfront wedding in Maryland.

The Carraige house has a fireplace to snuggle up to on cool nights in the gorgeous living room/kitchen area separating two elegantly furnished bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The Garden of Eden room has a king bed with hand painted headboard and bathroom en suite, The Queen Ann room has a king pencil post bed with bathroom en suite. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and each bedroom has their own fireplace and jacuzzi.

The cutest Oxford cottage which is pet friendly has a picket fenced in small yard. The cottage is romantic with a jacuzzi and fireplace, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed with wrought iron head board, a bathroom, living room and kitchenette and is just so cozy.

Your time spent on the estate will be the most memorable of your lives. Experience the osprey, bald eagles and blue heron visits to the property. Kids love to crab and fish from the dock.
