This gorgeous, traditional country home is nestled amongst trees on magnificent grounds overlooking the Wye River.

The secluded estate is ideally located close to the historic towns of Easton and St Michaels and just 25 mins to the Bay Bridge. One feels immediately at home with the elegant, warm colors and antiques. The large living room with its open fireplace looks out over the lawn to the water with the many waterfowl – geese, swan, duck, heron and osprey to watch. The dining room table seats 10 comfortably so it is ideal for those family gatherings. The kitchen and breakfast nook area exude warmth and graciousness This home has its master bedroom and another bedroom with en suite bathroom on the 1st floor – on opposite ends of the home (great privacy for both) There are 2 more guest bedrooms on the second floor and the glassed in porch upstairs has a set of bunk beds – handy for your overflow of guests– all tastefully decorated with charm and style. The large media room has all it takes to keep the children and guys busy. The screened in porch and the glassed in porch have wonderful serene views of the Wye River and uninhabited islands – you can be assured of the gentle summer breezes while enjoying the fishing or crabbing from your private dock. A large pool sits out on the lawn – just a lovely spot to sit and enjoy cocktails while watching the sun set over the water.

Experience the plethora of waterfowl, listen to the wide variety of songbirds and capture the flight of the bald eagle as he soars above and while meandering down the private lane to the house, be on alert for rabbit, deer and the occasional red fox. Even the stars are brighter on the Eastern Shore!
